Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three or more years of leadership experience in valet, hospitality, healthcare, or related fields
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage teams and operations under pressure
- experience in customer service or patient-facing roles preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily valet operations, staffing, and scheduling
- ensure efficient vehicle flow during high-volume periods (ER, outpatient, discharge)
- maintain a clean, safe, and organized valet environment
- deliver exceptional, compassionate service to patients and visitors
- assist individuals with mobility needs and provide a supportive experience
- act as the first impression for the hospital
- work closely with hospital leadership and departments
- ensure all service standards and contract expectations are met
- support patient satisfaction initiatives
- hire, train, and coach valet attendants
- set clear expectations and drive performance
- build a strong, service-focused team culture
- monitor payroll, labor costs, and site performance
- support reporting and operational improvements
