Job Description
We are proud to be part of a leading healthcare organization committed to improving the lives of patients, their families, and the broader community by providing exceptional service and compassionate care. Our hospital is a dynamic and fast-growing environment dedicated to fostering a positive patient experience and delivering quality healthcare through a team-oriented approach. Our mission centers on enhancing the well-being of every individual who walks through our doors by anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations with warmth and professionalism.
We are seeking motivated and personable Hospital Valets to join our dedicated team. As a Hospital Valet, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and guests, establishing a welcoming atmosphere through a friendly smile and warm greeting. Your role is pivotal in shaping a positive first impression by assisting guests with parking and retrieval of vehicles, providing directions, and ensuring a seamless and pleasant arrival and departure experience. This position is full-time, daytime only, with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. We offer competitive hourly pay ranging from $17.00 to $18.00 including tips, along with a host of excellent benefits including paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and the opportunity to participate in a performance bonus program. You will enjoy a supportive work environment with no evenings or weekend shifts, making it ideal for those seeking work-life balance.
In this role, you will be an essential part of our healthcare team, providing more than just valet services; you will contribute to the overall guest experience and patient care by demonstrating a positive teamwork mindset and excellent communication skills. The position requires a clean driving record, continuous driver's license experience of at least three years, no major moving violations, and a professional, clean-cut appearance. Physical demands include the ability to walk, stand, and run during your shift, tolerate inclement weather, and assist guests by lifting moderate weights or pushing wheelchairs.
Joining our hospital means becoming part of a fun and fast-paced team that values your contributions and offers numerous opportunities for career advancement within one of the country's fastest-growing healthcare organizations. If you enjoy working hard, smiling, and making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply and become a valued member of our team where your efforts help create an outstanding environment for patients and visitors alike.
