Job Requirements

minimum 2 years customer service experience
3 years continuous driver's license experience
license must be continuous without suspension or expiration within the last 3 years
no more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years
no major moving violations within the last 3 years
no alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years
positive teamwork mindset
great communication skills
clean-cut appearance
must have reliable transportation
able to pass criminal background check
clean driving record capable of passing a driving test
ability to walk, stand, and run for an 8-hour shift
tolerance for inclement weather
ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs for short periods
ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
minimum two years of customer service experience
valid driver's license with a clean driving record
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work effectively in a team environment
strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service
ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 lbs

Job Duties

greet guests with a warm smile and professional demeanor
assist guests in parking and retrieving their vehicles
provide directions and information to visitors within the hospital premises
anticipate and address the needs of patients and guests to enhance their experience
ensure the safety and security of vehicles on the hospital grounds
maintain communication with hospital staff to coordinate valet services
uphold cleanliness and organization of the valet area
