Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to pass criminal background and drug screening
One month of related experience or training or equivalent education and experience
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Ability to safely operate a vehicle
Ability to read and write English
Effective communication skills
Ability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally
Willingness to work weekdays from 10 am to 6 pm
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
At least 18 years of age
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
One month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
Ability to read and write standard English
Ability to comprehend simple instructions short correspondence and memos
Ability to write simple correspondence
Effective presentation skills in one-on-one and small group settings
Ability to perform basic mathematical operations including addition subtraction multiplication and division with money units
Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
Ability to comprehend rates applicable to time
Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
Ability to perform parallel parking

Job Duties

Maintain pleasant friendly and professional demeanor with all guests co-workers and clients
Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using guest last names and professional friendliness
Use salutation of the day and welcome guests to the location
Practice proper Towne Park phone etiquette
Park and retrieve vehicles while driving cautiously and safely
Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage
Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests
Assist guests with directions taxis reservations and other inquiries
Provide information about local outlets meeting rooms amenities and main attractions
Deliver messages items and guest amenities as requested
Shuttle guests to approved locations
Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures
Issue claim checks after receiving vehicle keys and collect claim checks before issuing keys
Complete and maintain all ticket information including key tags guest folios vehicle locations damage surveys and claim check receipts
Calculate and collect revenue for vehicles when necessary
