We are currently looking to expand our hospital medicine team by adding two dedicated Nurse Practitioners to work alongside 14 hospitalists at Providence St. Mary Medical Center. This full-time position offers an annual salary of $150,000 and is primarily scheduled from Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Our team functions in an open ICU environment where Nurse Practitioners provide vital admission and cross-coverage services. This role does not require performing invasive procedures but involves active collaboration with colleagues across various departments to ensure seamless patient care transitions.
The Nurse Practitioner role utilizes the Epic Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system integrated with Sound Physicians’ internal informatics platform to streamline patient management. Candidates who are acute care trained nurse practitioners or family trained with hospitalist experience are welcomed to apply. Both board-certified and board-eligible candidates are encouraged, including new graduates, provided they can complete credentialing and licensure before employment begins. Authorization to work in the United States is a prerequisite.
