Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year experience in healthcare or housekeeping preferred
  • ability to read and speak English
  • physically able to perform cleaning duties
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • high school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in healthcare preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in housekeeping or service-related field
  • able to read and speak English
  • organized and reliable
  • team-oriented and customer service minded

Job Duties

  • clean patient rooms or dismissal units including disinfecting surfaces, emptying trash, cleaning sinks, counters, showers, and toilets, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and restocking supplies
  • separate regular waste from biohazardous waste and properly dispose of needles and manage clean and dirty linens
  • clean public and ancillary areas including backpack vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, trash disposal, and disinfecting
  • dispose of sharps containers according to policy
  • provide exceptional customer service and support teamwork in a fast-paced environment
  • maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the healthcare facility
  • adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
