Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, healthcare administration or related field or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in business development, marketing, sales, or clinical settings
Strong persuasive communication skills
Data analysis capabilities
Ability to work autonomously while representing the organization professionally
Creative problem-solving skills
Reliable transportation for regular travel to hospitals within assigned territory

Job Duties

Serve as the face of Gift of Hope at assigned hospitals
Build and nurture relationships with hospital leadership to optimize donation processes
Develop and implement customized hospital plans to improve donation outcomes
Conduct on-site evaluations of potential organ donors
Analyze data and prepare reports on donation performance
Identify opportunities for improvement and develop creative solutions
Deliver educational programs to hospital staff on all aspects of donation
Participate in medical rounds with neuro and trauma services
Coordinate patient care conferences during critical points in the donation process
Manage data analysis, project management and process improvement initiatives
