Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, healthcare administration or related field or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in business development, marketing, sales, or clinical settings
- Strong persuasive communication skills
- Data analysis capabilities
- Ability to work autonomously while representing the organization professionally
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation for regular travel to hospitals within assigned territory

Job Duties
- Serve as the face of Gift of Hope at assigned hospitals
- Build and nurture relationships with hospital leadership to optimize donation processes
- Develop and implement customized hospital plans to improve donation outcomes
- Conduct on-site evaluations of potential organ donors
- Analyze data and prepare reports on donation performance
- Identify opportunities for improvement and develop creative solutions
- Deliver educational programs to hospital staff on all aspects of donation
- Participate in medical rounds with neuro and trauma services
- Coordinate patient care conferences during critical points in the donation process
- Manage data analysis, project management and process improvement initiatives
