Job Duties
- Responsible for proper preparation of patient and cafeteria food service as required by local, state, and federal standards
- adhere to sanitation policies required by local, state, and federal standards
- follow established recipes and menu plans
- maintain cleanliness and safety in food preparation areas
- handle food safely to prevent contamination
- ensure compliance with hospital food service protocols
- assist in stocking and organizing kitchen supplies
