Job Requirements
- Ability to meet the companys grooming, uniform and appearance standards
- uncompromising dedication to safety
- body size within aircraft dimensions for safety equipment and seating
- physical ability to perform duties of a flight attendant
- ability to relocate to any of the flight attendant bases including Seattle, Portland, Medford, Boise, Spokane, Anchorage and Everett
- flexible to work varied schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- willingness and ability to travel extensively
- ability to perform effectively under stress
- able to attend 4 weeks of paid training in Portland, OR
- must possess or obtain appropriate travel documentation for unrestricted flying in and out of the U.S. and Canada
- no visible tattoos on face, front of neck, or chest
- tattoos on hands, arms, legs or other areas within specified size and visibility limits
- must possess adaptability to perform various duties
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- minimum 21 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of customer or community service experience
- basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- minimum age of 21 years old
- possess and/or obtain a current passport with unlimited access in and out of the U.S.
- willingness to serve alcohol
Job Duties
- Understand and comply with all safety regulations
- ensure all safety equipment on aircraft is in working order
- greet passengers, assist with seating assignments, carry-on baggage stowage and security
- explain and demonstrate use of safety equipment and emergency procedures on aircraft
- prepare and serve meals and beverages, including alcohol
- effectively market onboard products and process sales using mobile device
- calmly resolve passenger situations during flight, including medical emergencies
- answer questions regarding flight operations and provide destination information
- perform other duties as assigned
