Job Requirements

  • Ability to meet the companys grooming, uniform and appearance standards
  • uncompromising dedication to safety
  • body size within aircraft dimensions for safety equipment and seating
  • physical ability to perform duties of a flight attendant
  • ability to relocate to any of the flight attendant bases including Seattle, Portland, Medford, Boise, Spokane, Anchorage and Everett
  • flexible to work varied schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
  • willingness and ability to travel extensively
  • ability to perform effectively under stress
  • able to attend 4 weeks of paid training in Portland, OR
  • must possess or obtain appropriate travel documentation for unrestricted flying in and out of the U.S. and Canada
  • no visible tattoos on face, front of neck, or chest
  • tattoos on hands, arms, legs or other areas within specified size and visibility limits
  • must possess adaptability to perform various duties
  • authorized to work in the U.S.
  • minimum 21 years of age
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of customer or community service experience
  • basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • minimum age of 21 years old
  • possess and/or obtain a current passport with unlimited access in and out of the U.S.
  • willingness to serve alcohol

Job Duties

  • Understand and comply with all safety regulations
  • ensure all safety equipment on aircraft is in working order
  • greet passengers, assist with seating assignments, carry-on baggage stowage and security
  • explain and demonstrate use of safety equipment and emergency procedures on aircraft
  • prepare and serve meals and beverages, including alcohol
  • effectively market onboard products and process sales using mobile device
  • calmly resolve passenger situations during flight, including medical emergencies
  • answer questions regarding flight operations and provide destination information
  • perform other duties as assigned
