Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
customer handling experience
ability to handle cash transactions
good communication skills
ability to operate phone systems
able to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug screening

Job Duties

receipt in cash and check transactions received for service, parts and sales
handle all cash transactions for the dealership
issue temporary tags for all sold vehicles
preparing service repair orders (ROs) to be scanned into DMS
scanning ROs into DMS
answer calls that come into the receptionist line
prepare deposits
