Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Meets the requirements for employees providing direct patient care
  • Must have the ability to pass a full employment background check

Job Duties

  • Assist clients with eating, personal hygiene, dressing, shaving, light housekeeping, and laundry
  • Prepare meals and assist clients in the kitchen
  • Provide medication reminders and assist with prescribed range of motion exercises
  • Deliver specialized care including dementia care and companionship activities such as reading, music, and puzzles
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members ensuring a positive work environment
  • Thrive under pressure while maintaining a friendly and energetic demeanor
  • Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as provided
