Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must possess a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Meets the requirements for employees providing direct patient care
- Must have the ability to pass a full employment background check

Job Duties
- Assist clients with eating, personal hygiene, dressing, shaving, light housekeeping, and laundry
- Prepare meals and assist clients in the kitchen
- Provide medication reminders and assist with prescribed range of motion exercises
- Deliver specialized care including dementia care and companionship activities such as reading, music, and puzzles
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members ensuring a positive work environment
- Thrive under pressure while maintaining a friendly and energetic demeanor
- Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as provided
