Job Requirements

  • One year of experience supporting a real estate sales team preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required
  • Real estate license preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to attend company communities, job sites and offices during regular work hours

Job Qualifications

  • Preferably one year of experience supporting a real estate sales team
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Real estate license preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High-level customer service skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Serve as the main contact for buyers from escrow opening to closing, including managing transactions and providing updates
  • Facilitate all Salesforce Purchase Agreement Milestones
  • Ensure sales files and documents are complete, compliant, and ensure successful closings
  • Assist in administrative tasks and provide backup for New Home Consultants as needed
  • Communicate with customer along with taking and sending photo updates along their journey
