Job Description
Lennar is one of the nation’s leading homebuilders with a distinguished reputation for creating quality homes and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Fortune 500 company, Lennar is dedicated to making a significant impact in the communities where they operate through thoughtful homebuilding and giving back initiatives. Their goal is to provide an extraordinary experience for homeowners, communities, and associates alike while fostering a culture of growth, opportunity, and professionalism for employees throughout their careers. Established as a top homebuilder in the United States, Lennar’s commitment to excellence is evident in every stage of the homebuilding process, from innovative design to timely construction and outstanding after-sale support.
The role of Homebuyer Concierge at Lennar is a vital position aimed at providing unparalleled service to homebuyers during one of the most important milestones in their lives – purchasing a home. This full-time position offers an hourly wage range of $24.86 to $25, which is competitive and includes eligibility for bonuses and commissions based on performance. The Homebuyer Concierge acts as the primary liaison between the buyer and various departments at Lennar from the moment a Purchase Agreement is signed until the closing of the transaction is successfully completed.
This position requires a proactive approach to managing customer relationships, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely communication throughout the build and closing process. The Homebuyer Concierge coordinates multiple moving parts, including interactions with mortgage lenders, construction managers, title companies, sales teams, and closing attorneys, to guarantee a seamless and transparent homebuying experience. By setting clear expectations and providing regular updates, this role helps to reduce buyer stress and enhances customer satisfaction.
Beyond managing communication, the Homebuyer Concierge also drives backlog management by actively reaching out to buyers and coordinating the transaction’s progress. They maintain thorough records of sales files, documentation, and milestones within CRM software like Salesforce to ensure all compliance and procedural requirements are met for a smooth and on-time closing.
This position blends customer service expertise with organizational skills and real estate or homebuilding knowledge. Candidates can expect to use Microsoft Office and CRM tools regularly, and previous experience in the homebuilding, real estate, mortgage, or related industries is highly valued. In addition, the role requires physical presence at Lennar job sites and community offices, along with occasional physical activity such as climbing stairs, bending, or carrying equipment.
At Lennar, the Homebuyer Concierge role is more than just a job – it’s a career built on making dreams come true by delivering high-quality zero defect homes, managing costs effectively, and adhering to strict schedules. Lennar supports its associates with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans with company match, paid leave, education assistance, adoption assistance, vacation, holiday pay, and unique perks such as home purchase discounts and referral bonuses. Lennar’s culture promotes professional growth and personal well-being in a supportive and dynamic work environment, reflecting their belief in investing in their people and communities.
