Job Description

Lennar is one of the nation's leading homebuilders, renowned for its commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and community impact. As a Fortune 500 company consistently ranked among the top homebuilders in the United States, Lennar builds more than just homes; it builds vibrant communities and lasting relationships. The company's mission revolves around delivering an extraordinary experience to its Homeowners, Communities, and Associates through quality craftsmanship, exceptional customer service, and a culture that fosters career growth and opportunity. Lennar places a strong emphasis on giving back to the communities where it operates, creating environments that are not only livable but thrive in wellness and connectivity. This commitment to excellence and integrity has helped Lennar maintain a prominent position in the competitive homebuilding industry, making it a trusted brand for families looking to invest in a new home.

The Homebuyer Concierge role at Lennar is a critical position designed to provide a seamless, supportive experience for homebuyers from the moment they execute a Purchase Agreement through to the completion of their home's construction and closing process. This position serves as the primary point of contact for homebuyers, ensuring clear, consistent communication and coordination across multiple departments at Lennar including Mortgage, Title, Construction, Sales, and Closing. The Homebuyer Concierge works proactively to guide buyers through the complexities of the homebuying journey, managing expectations with transparency and delivering timely updates on build status. This role requires a balance of client-facing customer service skills and internal process management, supporting a smooth transaction flow while addressing any inquiries or concerns along the way.

In this role, the Homebuyer Concierge drives backlog management by actively reaching out to buyers and coordinating activities to maintain momentum toward closing. Responsibilities include facilitating milestone meetings with various departments, tracking and ensuring the completion and compliance of all sales files and necessary documents, and coordinating key activities such as conditional loan approvals, scheduling site walk-throughs, and document signing. This role demands a proactive, organized approach with the capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Lennar fosters a culture where Associates are empowered to build their careers with purpose—helping families realize their dreams by delivering zero defect homes, managing costs effectively, and adhering strictly to schedules. The Homebuyer Concierge is a vital part of this commitment, providing dedicated service that enhances customer satisfaction and supports the operational excellence Lennar is known for. This position requires a dynamic individual who is detail-oriented, communicative, and passionate about delivering an outstanding homebuilding experience.
