We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Housekeepers. As a Housekeeper at Home2 Suites By Hilton Rosenberg Sugar Land Area, you will be a vital part of the guest experience, making sure each room and public space is immaculate and inviting. This role demands attention to detail, efficiency, and a genuine commitment to hospitality. You'll be responsible for turning guest rooms into spotless retreats by handling general cleaning duties, replenishing linens and supplies, and ensuring that communal areas such as lobbies and hallways are pristine. Your role also extends to deeper cleaning tasks, such as changing air conditioning filters and maintaining the upkeep of furniture and fixtures, ensuring the hotel maintains its high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Beyond cleaning, you will be the friendly face guests rely on, offering excellent customer service by assisting with guest requests and contributing to a positive, welcoming atmosphere. Safety is another key aspect, where you will help monitor sensitive areas and practice safe work habits to protect both guests and staff.
