We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic House Attendant to join our housekeeping team. This role is integral to maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our public spaces and guest areas, ensuring each visitor experiences a spotless and inviting environment. The House Attendant will be responsible for cleaning and tidying lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and event spaces with attention to detail and efficiency. Additionally, this position involves assisting guests promptly and courteously, contributing to the overall exceptional service that distinguishes our hotel.
The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and possesses a positive attitude that shines through every guest interaction. Beyond routine cleaning tasks, the House Attendant will support the setup and breakdown of meetings and events, playing a behind-the-scenes role that helps create memorable experiences for visitors. Maintaining safety and security practices is a key part of the job, including managing lost-and-found items and adhering to safe work habits to prevent injuries.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in hotel or related field is a plus
- Valid driver’s license for the applicable state required
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record if driving is property specific
- Ability to perform well in stressful or high-pressure situations

Job Duties
- Keep every nook and cranny spotless from equipment to facilities
- Tidy up lobbies, hallways, and restrooms ensuring carpets, furniture, and fixtures are guest-ready and gleaming
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest needs delivering five-star service
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of meetings and events including chairs, tables, and technical equipment
- Maintain safety by securing sensitive areas and properly handling lost-and-found items
- Follow safe work habits to stay injury-free and ready for action
