Job Requirements
- valid registered nurse license
- at least 1 year of home health nursing experience
- ability to work full 40-hour weeks
- willing to relocate to seattle, wa for 13 weeks
- current bls certification
- reliable transportation
- strong interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications

- experience in home health nursing
- strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- ability to work independently
- excellent communication skills
- familiarity with electronic medical records (emr)
- current basic life support (bls) certification
Job Duties
- assess patients in their homes and develop care plans
- administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- educate patients and caregivers on health management
- monitor patient progress and report changes
- coordinate with physicians and other healthcare providers
- document all care activities accurately
- adhere to safety and infection control protocols
