Job Requirements
- registered nurse (rn) license
- minimum 1 year of home health nursing experience
- ability to work 40 hours per week
- availability to start on june 1, 2026
- day shift availability
- strong clinical assessment skills
- capacity to provide compassionate patient care
Job Qualifications

- experience in home health nursing
- competence in patient assessment and care planning
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- familiarity with electronic health records (ehr) systems
- certification in basic life support (bls)
Job Duties
- assess patient health status and needs
- develop and implement individualized care plans
- administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
- educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
- coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- maintain accurate and detailed patient records
