This position demands physical stamina and mobility, as it involves walking and standing for extended periods, lifting and handling up to 40 pounds, and adapting to varying weather conditions. The ability to work effectively under these conditions, combined with good communication skills and comfort using smartphones and GPS navigation systems, is essential. The company also expects candidates to pass a post-offer drug screening, background check, and motor vehicle record (MVR) verification.
