The role of Restaurant Manager at Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen is crucial in driving the overall success and daily operations of the restaurant. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • experience in restaurant management or equivalent leadership role

Job Duties

  • oversee every aspect of restaurant operations ensuring things run smoothly and efficiently from the kitchen to the dining room

  • manage scheduling coaching and development of team members

  • maximize table turnover sales per guest and sales per hour through strategic operational decisions
