Job Duties
- Support effort to deliver floor-ready product to expedite replenishment
- ensure all merchandise is properly stored to maintain high quality
- maintain knowledge of product and promotions to execute product pulls
- execute markdowns to ensure consistent product standards
- process, replenish, and backstock merchandise aligning with brand standards
- maintain organized and safe working environment
- uphold backstock organization
- adhere to company policies and procedures
- monitor and report potential theft
- demonstrate pride, commitment, and passion for the brand
- treat team members professionally and respectfully
