We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and become the cornerstone behind our spotless and welcoming guest environment. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will have a pivotal role overseeing the daily operations within the housekeeping department, ensuring standards of cleanliness and safety are not just met but exceeded. You will lead and inspire a hardworking team of Room Attendants and House Attendants, providing hands-on training, clear communication, and ongoing motivation to foster a culture of excellence. You will also assume responsibility for critical security tasks, including managing lost-and-found items, controlling access to master keys, storage rooms, and sensitive files, and enforcing safety protocols.

Your diligent supervision will ensure that all hotel guest rooms and public areas maintain an impeccable standard of sanitation and comfort. You will conduct frequent inspections, prepare detailed reports, and facilitate productivity checks to guarantee daily operations run efficiently and effectively. Stepping up in the absence of the Housekeeping Manager, you will maintain seamless continuity in leadership and uphold the company’s reputation at every level.

This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives on organization, team collaboration, and setting a high bar for hospitality standards.
