Situated conveniently within close proximity to San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, and Pleasanton, our hotel benefits from a strategic location in Hayward, a lively hub known for its blend of natural beauty, bustling tech companies, and California State University, East Bay. We provide guests with super-fast, complimentary internet, a welcoming breakfast experience, and the warm hospitality that California is known for. Our establishment is part of a globally recognized company managing over 800 hotels, dedicated to fostering a diverse workforce and a people-first philosophy. We take pride in our collaborative team culture where daily stand-up meetings focus on celebrating achievements, recognizing employees, and continually enhancing our services.

As Front Desk Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience and leading daily front desk operations. This is a dynamic leadership position where you are the cornerstone of hospitality, driving your team to deliver service that exceeds expectations and ensures every guest feels genuinely welcomed and valued. Your responsibilities include managing smooth check-ins and check-outs, handling VIP requests, overseeing reservations, and ensuring operational excellence by managing logs, messages, and packages efficiently. You will also take a strategic role in revenue management by monitoring rates, packages, and promotions to optimize room revenue while delivering value to guests.

Your leadership skills will be essential in building a strong and communicative front desk team by providing training and support to new associates. You will be the primary problem solver for guest concerns and workplace challenges, approaching these situations with confidence, creativity, and a steadfast commitment to safety and quality standards. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on leading by example, enjoys transforming everyday moments into memorable guest experiences, and is motivated to contribute to a thriving team-oriented environment.
