Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proven experience as a line cook
- Ability to understand and follow prep recipes and line building procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Completion of required training including orientation and HOH training
- Ability to lift and move up to 15 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Willingness to adhere to uniform and hygiene standards
- Commitment to safety, sanitation and food quality standards
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a line cook
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions
- Successful completion of HOH training program
- Compliance with local and state food and alcohol service certifications
Job Duties
- Adhering to uniform standards
- Adhering to prep and line build recipes
- Check quality of ingredients
- Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- Ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation requirements are followed at all times
- Ability to work as a team
- Train using tablets or computer
- Any other duty or responsibility that management may deem necessary
