Job Duties
- wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, trays, utensils, cups and other cooking equipment
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines, policies and regulations
- ensure timely removal of dirty dishes from dining and kitchen areas
- assist kitchen staff as needed with cleaning and organizing tasks
- monitor dishwashing equipment and report any malfunctions
- support overall cleanliness and safety of the kitchen environment
