Job Requirements
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule for a 24/7 operation including nights, weekends, and/or holidays
- Background check and drug screen required
- Must be able to attain and sustain an airport I.D. badge

- Experience using computer software
- Experience in observing CCTV cameras and working with scanners
- Ability to solve problems under pressure

Job Duties
- Responsible for clearing bag jams and responding to trouble calls in the baggage handling system
- Always maintain superior customer service and safe working practice
- Maintaining cleanliness of system including sweeping, housekeeping, collecting trash, cleaning dust and debris and general housekeeping around system
- Coordinate and determine configuration changes to bypass off-service conveyors to allow technicians to correct mechanical issues
- Maintain a daily log and report all baggage handling system and passenger boarding bridge faults and jam logs
- Communicate with various parties on work performed and present status of specialty systems
- Report and track all service calls
- Assist TSA in monitoring baggage handling system and passenger boarding bridge system cameras and complete baggage tracking
- Solve problems under pressure
- Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly reports as directed
- Monitor system software for issues with baggage handling system or passenger boarding bridges
- Provide assistance, guidance, and direction to other maintenance personnel
- Conduct safety checks
- Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with corporate and OSHA standards
- Completion of daily housekeeping duties individually and as a team
- Perform all work according to established safety procedures
- Maintain equipment safety condition
