Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum six years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related field
  • Alternatively, two-year degree from accredited university in relevant field
  • Minimum four years of related professional experience
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Knowledge of HACCP, OSHA, and Alcoholic Beverage Commission guidelines
  • Proficiency in budget administration and cost control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work full-time at the Irvine Spectrum location

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with six years of relevant experience
  • Or two-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with four years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends
  • Experience managing food and beverage operations
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Budgeting and financial forecasting abilities
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations including HACCP and OSHA
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and initiate food and beverage outlet operations including marketing, promotions, customer service, and inventories
  • Assist with menu development, recipe creation, and food preparation
  • Develop beverage programs within company guidelines
  • Maintain established policies and procedures
  • Develop and execute strategic plans including budget preparation, forecasting, profit and loss accountability, and cost control
  • Manage outlet service and management staff performance
  • Ensure staff adherence to HACCP, OSHA, and Alcoholic Beverage Commission guidelines
  • Facilitate effective communication within F&B and support departments
  • Provide exceptional customer service and enhance guest experiences
  • Interview, select, and train employees
  • Conduct performance appraisals and monitor attendance
  • Ensure safety and security for employees and property
