Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum six years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related field
- Alternatively, two-year degree from accredited university in relevant field
- Minimum four years of related professional experience
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Knowledge of HACCP, OSHA, and Alcoholic Beverage Commission guidelines
- Proficiency in budget administration and cost control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work full-time at the Irvine Spectrum location
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with six years of relevant experience
- Or two-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with four years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends
- Experience managing food and beverage operations
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Budgeting and financial forecasting abilities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations including HACCP and OSHA
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Job Duties
- Lead and initiate food and beverage outlet operations including marketing, promotions, customer service, and inventories
- Assist with menu development, recipe creation, and food preparation
- Develop beverage programs within company guidelines
- Maintain established policies and procedures
- Develop and execute strategic plans including budget preparation, forecasting, profit and loss accountability, and cost control
- Manage outlet service and management staff performance
- Ensure staff adherence to HACCP, OSHA, and Alcoholic Beverage Commission guidelines
- Facilitate effective communication within F&B and support departments
- Provide exceptional customer service and enhance guest experiences
- Interview, select, and train employees
- Conduct performance appraisals and monitor attendance
- Ensure safety and security for employees and property
