Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of combined caregiving experience
- Minimum availability of 20 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7 am and 7 pm
- Age of 18 years or older
- Ability to travel to different home locations
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation preferred
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of combined experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying, senior care, or similar caregiving roles
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week from Monday to Friday between 7 am and 7 pm
- Be at least 18 years old
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable transportation is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide reliable, engaging, and proactive caregiving for children and seniors
- Play games, read stories, and conduct creative activities with children
- Provide companionship and assist seniors with light tasks such as making tea or tidying up
- Attend outings and appointments as a supportive companion
- Communicate effectively with families and Jovie BOSTON staff
- Use the My Jovie app to manage schedule and availability
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
