Job Requirements
- Be reliable, engaging, and proactive
- Ready to play games, read stories, get crafty, and embark on imaginative quests
- Provide warm companionship and help with light tasks for seniors
- Have at least 2 plus years of combined experience in caregiving roles
- Commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week Monday through Friday with availability between 7 am - 7 pm or 8 am - 8 pm
- Be 18 plus years old
- Have reliable transportation by car or public transit
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of combined experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying, senior care, or similar caregiving roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage and relate to children and seniors effectively
- Basic knowledge of childcare and eldercare best practices
- Comfortable using smartphone apps to manage scheduling and job assignments
- Commitment to reliability and proactive caregiving
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Provide engaging care and supervision to children including playing games, reading stories, and crafty activities
- Offer warm companionship and assistance to seniors including light tasks and accompanying them on outings and appointments
- Communicate proactively with families to ensure quality care and address any concerns
- Utilize the My Jovie App to manage availability and receive job assignments
- Maintain reliability and punctuality in all scheduled shifts
- Foster a safe and positive environment tailored to the needs of each client
- Adhere to company policies and contribute to team community and support
