Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment a plus but not required
- Ability to lift frequently up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform other physical requirements such as seeing, hearing, speaking, bending, reaching, and moving intermittently during working hours
- Must be able to work flexible hours including peak service times
- Demonstrated team orientation and communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and food safety standards

Job Duties
- Wash dishes, pots, etc using dishwashers or by hand
- Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and prep kitchen work stations
- Stock cleaning supplies and dishes in their respective areas
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pick up areas
- Support team members and managers with daily cleaning tasks
- Gain exposure to different stations within the kitchen including garde manger, grill, roast, market line, and prep
- Work to support the team during peak and off peak service by pitching in wherever and whenever necessary
- Multi-task and move in the kitchen for extended periods of time
- Help to maintain the 'A' lettergrade by following Department of Health and food safety standards
- Demonstrate professional maturity and strictly uphold anti-discrimination and anti-harassment policies
