Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Wireless sales experience
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full time availability of 45 hours per week

Job Duties
- Lead by example demonstrating all the things it takes for your team to head to the top
- Demonstrate how to help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey whether online through Customer Care or in-store
- Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store
- Ensure store meets or exceeds sales goals overseeing all store functions including sales inventory and implementation of new store programs and initiatives
- Sell to find personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans including unique accessories and Internet of Things devices
- Maintain the store at its best focusing on service and sales needs with patience honesty and empathy
- Become proficient in digital tools to enhance customer interactions including coverage plans account inspection review and troubleshooting
