Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum five years of claims management experience or equivalent
  • Valid SIP certification for California workers compensation
  • Ability to work hybrid in Ontario, California office
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with claims processing systems
