Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- able to work part-time shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends
- able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- able to lift objects with assistance
- pass pre-employment criminal, drug, and social security screenings
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or customer service preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- valid identification to confirm legal age
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- manage guest reservations and front desk operations
- prepare and cook menu items according to health and safety standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- handle cash and payment transactions securely
- assist customers with inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
