Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • high school degree or GED
  • ability to stand for long periods of time
  • ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
  • reliable transportation
  • availability for full-time (40 hours) or part-time (20+ hours) work
  • willingness to learn and work collaboratively

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • strong desire to learn and master customer advocate skills

Job Duties

  • Learn and build proficiency in customer service
  • provide a best in class customer experience and build loyalty
  • help customers continue their shopping journey whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store
  • explore individual customer needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of technology
  • sell personalized wireless device and service solutions including accessories and IoT devices
  • guide customers thoughtfully through purchasing with informative answers and expertise
  • approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy
  • become proficient in digital tools to enhance customer interactions
  • educate customers on LTE network coverage and plan benefits
  • complete training on in-store processes and product knowledge
  • build relationships and collaborate with peers and store leaders
  • resolve customer issues to create a seamless experience
  • identify and handoff small business leads
  • maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a fun work environment
