Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • High school degree or GED
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
  • Reliable transportation
  • Full time (40 hours) or part time (20+ hours) availability

  • Minimum of 6 months customer service and/or sales experience
  • Ability to build meaningful connections with customers
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey whether online, through customer care or in-store
  • Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of wireless products
  • Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions including devices, service plans, accessories and IoT devices
  • Guide customers through the purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and expertise
  • Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty and empathy
  • Become proficient in digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, plan benefits and troubleshooting
  • Build relationships with employees across channels to own customer experience and resolve issues
