- ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and work in various weather conditions

Job Duties
- attend on-site hiring event and interview with company representatives
- perform construction tasks including welding, ironworking, crane operation, and general labor
- follow safety protocols and actively contribute to hazard identification and mitigation
- operate construction tools, equipment, and materials effectively
- collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete construction projects
- maintain reliable attendance and demonstrate a strong work ethic
- participate in training and skills development programs
