- assist other team members to ensure efficient restaurant operation
- help personalize the experience
- maintain a clean working environment
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- ability to be on your feet for up to 6 hours
- neat appearance and adherence to uniform and grooming guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
- excellent customer service skills
- knowledge of Italian and American cuisine a plus
- ability to work well within a team
- strong communication skills
- ability to maintain venue cleanliness and setup
- familiarity with beverage service including wine and cocktails
Job Duties
- Assist servers in taking care of guests
- help maintain and execute the service flow
- support servers throughout the shift
- assist with setup, stocking, and break down
- maintain cleanliness and venue aesthetics
- answer guest questions about the venue and experience
- personalize guest experiences
