Provides memorable guest service
accurately takes orders
able to answer questions regarding the menu
takes orders in a timely fashion
works cohesively with servers and kitchen staff
offers suggestions and recommendations on orders and drinks
helps personalize meals
processes payment
maintains a clean working environment
ability to provide excellent customer service
ability to be on feet for up to 6 hours
neat in appearance and follows uniform and grooming guidelines
has in-depth knowledge of customer service and food serving

Job Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
able to communicate effectively with diverse guest types
knowledge of food and beverage service
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
strong interpersonal and customer service skills
ability to follow grooming and uniform guidelines
capable of standing for extended periods
