Job Requirements

Must be able to provide excellent customer service
Ability to be on feet for up to 6 hours
Must maintain neat appearance and adhere to uniform and grooming standards
In-depth knowledge of customer service and food service
Ability to work effectively with team members
Capable of handling fast-paced work environment
Must accurately take and process orders

Job Qualifications

Previous restaurant or bartending experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Italian-American cuisine and beverage offerings
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Ability to work well in a team setting
Basic math skills for processing payments

Job Duties

Provide memorable guest service
Accurately take orders
Answer questions regarding the menu
Take orders in a timely fashion
Work cohesively with other servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation
Offer suggestions and recommendations for orders and drinks
Personalize the meal experience for guests
Process payment
Maintain a clean working environment
