Job Requirements
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- be at least 16 years old
- able to stand and walk for extended periods
- demonstrate a friendly and energetic attitude
- pass a background check as required
- availability to work flexible shifts including holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in hospitality or food service is an advantage but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Job Duties
- Greet and engage guests as a party host to ensure celebrations run smoothly
- prepare and assist in the kitchen to maintain food quality and service
- operate cash registers and handle sales transactions while providing excellent customer service
- clean and reset tables as a busser and maintain dishwashing duties efficiently
- manage and facilitate games and attractions including the go-kart track and laser tag as part of the game patrol
