Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years of progressive hotel or related experience
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • compliance with Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid certifications

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • college coursework in a related field is helpful
  • 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • knowledge of hospitality software and front desk operations
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs
  • manage reservations, VIP requests, and guest inquiries promptly
  • track logs, manage messages and packages with professionalism
  • monitor rates, packages, and promotions to maximize room revenue
  • lead and train front desk team members effectively
  • handle guest concerns and workplace issues proactively
