As the point person for supporting your team, you will be responsible for motivating staff, efficiently managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

Your role as Food & Beverage Supervisor encompasses a blend of managerial responsibilities and hands-on customer service. You will monitor food quality and presentation throughout service, swiftly addressing guest feedback to transform challenges into positive opportunities. Your focus will be on fostering an engaging and cooperative team environment by promoting open communication and leading by example during team meetings. This role also involves administrative duties such as preparing staff schedules, handling cash transactions with accuracy, managing inventory, and utilizing technology to streamline operations.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of progressive experience in hotels or related fields
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
  • demonstrated initiative
  • effective listening, understanding, and clarification abilities
  • competence in interpreting financial data and performing basic arithmetic

Job Qualifications
