Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • compliance with certification requirements such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

  • knowledge of guest service and front desk operations
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • certifications including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
  • manage reservations, VIP requests, and guest interactions to ensure satisfaction
  • track logs, manage messages and packages with professionalism and speed
  • monitor room rates, packages, and promotions to help boost revenue while maintaining guest value
  • build and lead a communicative, motivated front desk team
  • train new associates and handle guest concerns or workplace issues confidently
  • maintain safety and operational standards throughout all front desk activities
