We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team, bringing energy and expertise to our café experience. As a Barista at Hilton Knoxville, you will play a vital role in crafting exceptional beverages that delight our guests and enhance their overall hotel experience. This role is more than just making coffee - it’s about creating memorable interactions that encourage return visits and build customer loyalty. You will be the face of our food and beverage offering, reflecting Hilton's commitment to quality and service excellence.

In this position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality drinks with precision and artistry, adhering to standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in every cup served. Beyond your technical barista skills, you will champion the guest experience by responding promptly and warmly to customer requests and feedback. Efficiency is key in our busy café environment, and you will maintain organized work areas and optimize workflows during peak hours to sustain productivity without sacrificing quality.

Financial accuracy is also a significant part of your duties. You will handle cash transactions carefully, manage deposits, and contribute directly to the hotel's revenue growth through excellent service that drives repeat business. Operational excellence is critical; you will perform pre- and post-shift responsibilities such as restocking service stations and ensuring a seamless transition between shifts.
