The role of Housekeeper / Room Attendant at Hilton is integral to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hospitality that define the brand. This position involves ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are impeccably clean, well-organized, and welcoming. Housekeepers play a critical role in shaping the guest experience by attending to the smallest details, from making beds and changing linens to thoroughly cleaning bathrooms and replenishing amenities. Those in this role must follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to uphold the hotel's standards and ensure a secure working environment. Furthermore, Hilton offers full-time employees a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) plan with company matching; paid time off; employee discounts; tuition assistance; and pathways for career advancement, such as promotions to Housekeeping Supervisor or other management roles.
