Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • keep designated hotel areas clean and well-maintained
  • promptly attend to guest requests
  • clean specific areas like bathrooms, public spaces, workstations, and event rooms
  • perform dusting, polishing furniture, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, cleaning windows, waxing floors, and disposing of trash
  • report maintenance deficiencies and repair needs
  • flip mattresses and relocate furniture as required
  • respond to guest needs and assist in guest room upkeep as needed
