Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- physical capability to lift heavy items and push cleaning carts
- excellent attention to detail
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- clean assigned guest rooms and maintain cleanliness according to Hilton brand standards
- make beds and change linens in guest rooms
- clean bathrooms thoroughly including sanitizing surfaces
- dust furniture and fixtures in guest rooms and hotel areas
- vacuum floors and carpets regularly
- replenish towels and guest amenities in rooms
- remove trash from guest rooms and hotel public areas
- restock housekeeping cart with necessary supplies daily
- respond promptly to guest requests and special cleaning needs
- perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned
- ensure guest rooms are prepared and welcoming for arriving guests
