Housekeepers are essential in upholding the reputation of Hilton by carefully cleaning assigned guest rooms, making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, dusting furniture, vacuuming floors, and replenishing towels and guest amenities. Additionally, housekeepers manage trash removal and restock housekeeping carts daily to ensure they are well-prepared for their shifts.

The role requires physical stamina to perform tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, and pushing carts throughout the shift. Efficiency is key, as housekeepers must meet daily room quotas while maintaining the quality and attention to detail Hilton is known for. In addition to daily cleaning duties, employees in this position respond promptly to guest requests and perform deep cleaning tasks when necessary to prepare rooms adequately for arriving guests.
