Hilton is currently seeking dedicated Housekeepers / Room Attendants to join their housekeeping teams in various locations. This role plays an essential part in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of guest rooms and hotel public areas in line with Hilton’s high standards. Housekeepers are responsible for a wide range of duties, including cleaning assigned guest rooms thoroughly, making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, dusting furniture, vacuuming floors, replenishing towels and guest amenities, as well as removing trash and restocking housekeeping carts. Employees in this role also respond promptly to guest requests, execute deep cleaning tasks as needed, and ensure that rooms are impeccably prepared for arriving guests.
This physically demanding position requires standing, bending, lifting, and pushing heavy carts throughout shifts, while each housekeeper works efficiently to meet daily room quotas. The role typically offers an hourly wage that ranges from $16 to $35, depending on factors such as location, level of experience, and hotel size. Hilton also offers opportunities for overtime, weekend pay, and holiday pay premiums at select properties, providing additional earning potential for hardworking staff.
