Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Ability to read and understand instructions in English
- Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings evenings weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and handle housekeeping carts
- Attention to detail and commitment to guest service excellence
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate
- Attended skills training school
- English literate to meet business needs
- Good knowledge of housekeeping daily operations on guest floors
- Flexible with working hours including mornings evenings weekends and public holidays
- Good knowledge of chemical usage and cleaning rooms
Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms as assigned including making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting and vacuuming
- Change and replenish bed linens towels and guest amenities as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
- Stock maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart daily
- Dispose of trash and recyclables
- Respond to guest requests to support outstanding guest service
- Maintain cleanliness standards to support hotel profitability
