Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to read and understand instructions in English
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings evenings weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and handle housekeeping carts
  • Attention to detail and commitment to guest service excellence

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate
  • Attended skills training school
  • English literate to meet business needs
  • Good knowledge of housekeeping daily operations on guest floors
  • Flexible with working hours including mornings evenings weekends and public holidays
  • Good knowledge of chemical usage and cleaning rooms

Job Duties

  • Clean guest rooms as assigned including making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting and vacuuming
  • Change and replenish bed linens towels and guest amenities as needed
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
  • Stock maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart daily
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables
  • Respond to guest requests to support outstanding guest service
  • Maintain cleanliness standards to support hotel profitability
